By Tim Marston, 26 December 2011 – 0 comment

Are you in the process of deciding to enter the Americas Got Talent Auditions? Or maybe you have already decided to enter the America's Got Talent Auditions and are looking for some good advice to help you get the most out of the competition?

I have compiled some great words of wisdom and some excellent tips and advice from two contestants of the British version of the auditions. Both of these two performers were experienced professionals who went on the Britain's Got Talent auditions to try and improve their careers. They both had very different experiences but ultimately they were both happy with their decision to enter the Britains Got Talent TV show auditions.

The first interview is with Merlin Major. She is a full-time circus performer based in London and she tells her experiences of the Britain's Got Talent TV show auditions in the blog post below. It gives a great insight into some of the potential pitfalls of entering the show without having given it some serious thought.

TV Talent Show Auditions – Advice from and experienced performer and contestant on the show.

The second interview is with Merlin Cadogan; he is a professional street performer and has been making a living as a fulltime performer for a very long time. You can check out his advice on the link below.

  • My unofficial business motto is "No more starving artists!" and "How to Sell Your Act" has been a huge help. The book is an absolutely indispensable guide to the business side of doing what you love. I recommend it to everyone I know - not just entertainers, but to other folks with creatively-minded businesses as well. I am in the process of applying much of Tim's internet marketing expertise to my own website and am excited to see where it leads!
